Petty but satisfying
Spent today doing chores and making appointments. In the parking lot of the doctors office a car drove off and the back windshield sticker said “Fuck Trump“. That made my day put a smile on my face until…
I stopped at Nordstrom Rack and the guy in line in front of me had on a beige cap with 47 in tiny white letters. When I got to a cashier, he passed by headed out the door only to return because the security sensors were not removed from their purchase. So they came to the register I was at instead of the one they paid at and asked the cashier who was waiting on me to help them. I asked the cashier to please finish waiting on me first. 
And she did. They took their stuff back to the original cashier.
… I try but I can’t always be considerate.
So Covid just went away, huh?
We have gotten updates about Covid rates and vaccines every year around this time starting in October. This year it’s just crickets. I guess we’ll just have to monitor ourselves and our families.

The “Authoritarian Regime Survival Guide”, was published in social media in January 2017 in a series of improvised, spontaneous tweets, which reached 3 million views within one month. Their common element was their trademark signature, “- With love, your Eastern European friends”, and the accompanying hashtag #LearnFromEurope.The Guide went viral in the US and many other countries, being translated into several languages, from Turkish to Filipino. It was printed on placards during anti-Trump protests, studied at two American universities, quoted by CNBC’s Joy Reid on national TV and recommended by former US Secretary of Labor Robert Reich.
The blog is described as "one of the most interesting and most widely read forums for constitutional law and policy" and a "must read" for legal scholars who research constitutional law in Europe.

They will smear any historical or living figure who wouldn’t approve of their actions, or distort their image to make you think they would...they will raise a new generation of voters on their ideology, backing it with a distorted interpretation of history and view of the world.
Guard the education of your children, teach them critical thinking, ensure their open-mindedness and protect your real history and heritage.
Oppose any changes to electoral law that an authoritarian regime wants to enact – rest assured it’s only to help them remain in power longer.
And above all, be strong, fight, endure, and remember you’re on the good side of history.

End masked detainments now!
Masked unidentifiable thugs posing as law enforcement is the most critical issue we are facing now.
Sure, I know we have Epstein and money going to Argentina and a ballroom bunker being built, and probably a heist at Fort Knox… But none of those is as dangerous as the prospect of ongoing unlawful detainment practices by the current regime.
Even more important than the actual detainments is the ability to identify who is doing the detaining. What is the chain of command? Who’s in charge of the centers? What are the job titles of these mask thugs? Who is responsible for the chain of custody? Who is responsible for warrants and legal processing?
We are failing miserably at addressing this issue. These illegal practices are costing people’s lives with zero accountability. Even if families down the line actually get taxpayer money they will not really get justice because no persons can be identified as the direct cause of any fatalities.
I have heard that all traces as many as 1200 people have been “disappeared“ from detainment centers; accounts of the mistreatment and torture of people apprehended and sent to El Salvador and people dying in custody because they were denied their medications or medical treatment.
More importantly, when they escalate this travesty to you and me and then to our representative political figures while masked we will be and are powerless.
I don’t know who’s supposed to do it, but I do know this is THE most important thing that we all have to do.
I will be contacting my representatives and I will be contacting all those people that I have donated to, even if they are not representatives of my state. State laws can forbid some of this. As a minority party I doubt that it will do very much good. But the conversation needs to be at the forefront without any let up.
So Epstein is heating up again. What calamity will Trump introduce to distract this time?
Because the more Epstein info the more “performative” they are going to get.
While all hell broke loose Trump's working his way up to pardoning himself
Trump pardoned 77 people who tried to overturn the 2020 election while everyone was still looking at the end of the government shut down.
Many of the 77 that he pardoned were unlawful because they were convicted by states. Presidential pardons do not overturn state convictions.
The 77 names that he listed for pardon must be reviewed. All state convictions must be contested in court. If no one contests this he’s just a pen stroke away from pardoning himself of his own 34 felonies in New York City.
